HOW INCREASING MY SELF-WORTH CHANGED EVERYTHING

I’m sure my best friends would have always described me as a confident person. I’ve always loved a good party, I’ve never been shy putting my hand up in work meetings, and I took drama as an elective in high school. But deep down my self-worth had always been pretty low.

Worrying about what people thought used to cripple me with anxiety. I was so critical of myself, it made me constantly worried about how other people would judge me. When I first started Rock & Co I would get my husband to check every post to make sure it was ‘ok’. The thought of even putting an image of myself on my own account terrified me.

Now when I create something I don’t ask everyones opinion on it all the time.

Now when I accidently put my foot in my mouth or make a typo I remind myself that everyone makes mistakes.

And when I put something out there I figure the people it is meant to resonate with will appreciate it.

As my self-worth has grown over the past five years, I have started to carve out a life that’s true to me. I feel lighter, happier and much more relaxed.

So why am I telling you all this? Because my own journey to finding my way inspired me to create the latest Higher Ground: Confidence course.

This course is not just about being able to ‘seem’ more confident. This is about getting to know yourself better, to trust yourself, to return back to yourself.

The first two weeks of the course will be where you uncover what has been holding you back and why via RTT, while the second part of the course will give you the real-life practical tools I have personally used to become someone that has a strong sense of self.

This isn’t a one size fits all, it’s about you understanding yourself on a deeper level, and taking action on the things you have dreamt of doing but don’t feel confident enough to go after - whether that’s  changing careers, starting a new  business or simply quitting people pleasing.
